We offer a 30 day return policy where you can return the watch in the same new condition with the protective film and the watch tag for a full refund or an exchange of the same value.

 

WARRANTY


At New Watch we offer a two-year in-house movement warranty, you will need to contact us first before returning the watch to us for repair/replacement within the warranty period if there is a problem with the watch movement, please note our warranty does not cover general wear and tear or misuse of the watch.

  • Authorization: Before returning an item, obtain a return authorization by contacting our customer service.
  • Shipping: Return the parcel using a tracked and insured postal service to the address provided upon authorization. Include a cover note with your order number and the reason for return.
