Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Contact Information

If you wish to return your item, please contact us via email at helpnewwatch@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

2. Return Process

  • Authorization: Before returning an item, obtain a return authorization by contacting our customer service.
  • Shipping: Return the parcel using a tracked and insured postal service to the address provided upon authorization. Include a cover note with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Complete Package: Watches must include the warranty card, manuals, and box.
  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • There are signs of wear.
  • Parts of the item or packaging are missing.
  • Plastic seals and/or tags have been removed.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
